The Villa's interior is very spacious; featuring 5 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms, large openplan living area and dining area. There is enough space outside on the deck to sit out and have dinner or relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Kissimmee in Central Florida has a semi-tropical climate: With the average yearly temperature a perfect 72oF/24oC, there's not much cause for complaint. It rains at least a little 116 days of the year, and the annual rainfall averages 51 inches, but it doesn't snow.
The Summer months are the most humid and have the most rainfall, but expect lots of sunshine between rain and clouds. In July & August the average high is 90oF/34oC. In January the average low is 50oF/10oC. We strongly advise any guest to bring plenty of sun screen no matter what time of the year they visit and remember to drink plenty of liquids during the day, especially in the Summer.
