Our villas are ideally situated in the communities of Formosa Gardens, Sunset Lakes and Emerald Island Resort, and are all within a 10 minute drive from the main Disney World Theme Park area. This allows access to all that the theme parks have to offer while, at the same time, providing tranquil surroundings for the times when you want to relax by the pool and recharge your batteries.

If retail therapy is what you long for then you can head to the malls or numerous local outlet stores.

For those who prefer to be outside enjoying the sunshine, then there is ample opportunity to play golf, tennis or try a Segway tour or helicopter ride.

The villas are comfortable and all are well equipped with bedding, towels, hairdryers, TV, telephone and most of the items that you will need if you choose to eat in rather than sampling the variety of restaurants that are nearby. For families travelling with young children we can supply, high chairs, travel cots and pushchairs on request.

The villas are self-catering and have cleaning equipment but you are asked to provide your own basic supplies.

We are based in the UK but have an excellent management team in Kissimmee looking after our properties so that you can be reassured that someone is on hand to help should any issues arise during your stay.
